The opportunity - and what’s in it for you

Reporting to the VP, Marketing and Business Development, we are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to develop strategies that will scale across the acquisition lifecycle and challenge the status quo. You will focus on optimizing the existing lead generation engine, simultaneously unlocking new business growth opportunities with the single focus of driving revenue from various marketing initiatives. This is a chance to defend your ideas, draw on your expertise, and put forward creative, data-driven campaigns that make a difference to our bottom line and the speed at which we scale.

Who you are

You are data-driven and passionate about using every tool and creative outlet to push out the message and engage your audience. You are a highly collaborative creator and you want to lend your experience and expertise to guide the work of a team and mentor individuals. You enjoy taking on a range of projects, including re-branding/brand launches, website redesign, new product promotion, and thought-leadership recognition. You have a strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaign success and learnings.

What you will work on as our new Senior Digital Marketing Specialist:

  • Plan, design, and rollout. You will create and implement lead-generating campaigns via a multitude of channels to drive growth across all products. You will execute growth strategies to build our prospective market database and expand the existing ideal customer profile.
  • Measure. You will bring an analytical approach to paid campaigns, conduct A/B tests, and communicate results, trends, and learnings. You will manage and report on digital performance marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Optimize. You will use data-driven marketing to identify trends/patterns and key opportunities for innovation. You will analyze all aspects of the marketing funnel and identify areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate. You will work closely with the sales and customer success teams to uncover areas for cross-collaboration and improvement across the customer lifecycle. 
  • Lead a team. You will nurture a junior team, capitalizing on their abilities to successfully execute day-to-day operations.
  • Oversee. You will manage all aspects of VIZIYA’s DRIP campaigns, including lead lifecycle, lead scoring, and database management. You will consult on effective content marketing strategies and maintain a calendar of content distribution that is aligned with current marketing activities.

Here’s how we know you are the new Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you have:

  • The education. You have a degree in Marketing and ideally, an MBA.
  • The experience. You have 3+ years proven success at a small-to-mid-sized technology company in SEO, growth marketing, and content strategy combined with 2+ years leading a marketing team. 
  • The technical toolbox. You have expertise with Marketo or HubSpot, Wordpress, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic Display, and Adobe Suites. Experience with Drift, Salesforce, and Sketch is also an asset.
  • The project management. You can influence, inspire, and collaborate with your team and across the organization. You are comfortable working with everyone from the newest intern to C-level executives. You have outstanding communication skills across all platforms and the ability to prioritize high impact activities.
